Mad in America: In a recent comparison study published in the Community Mental Health Journal, two approaches to treating depression and anxiety symptoms experienced by young adults were evaluated, a 13-week program featuring overlapping biopsychosocial components and outpatient psychiatric care comprising medication-only.
