“It’s not a lot of fun to be in the minority in the House of Representatives and I think Tancredo and Musgrave are going to find that out,” said Colorado State University political scientist Robert Duffy. “As long as the majority party stays disciplined, they can do whatever they want, and ultimately, the minority members can do nothing to alter the substance of legislation.”
