At least, that’s the opinion of respondents to a statewide survey of nearly 500 Colorado residential real estate experts conducted by Colorado State University’s College of Business and Everitt Real Estate Center, in conjunction with the Colorado Association of Realtors, Colorado Mortgage Lenders Association and the Colorado Association of Home Builders.
