Coloradoan: The Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Celebration started in the morning at Colorado State University’s Lory Student Center, where hundreds filed through a room placing toiletries, socks and diapers as well as hand-written well-wishing notes in bags to be given to the city’s homeless.
