Bill Angell, director of the Weld County office of Colorado State University Extension, said in addition to the county’s champions, there were 15 other exhibitors who sold hogs at an average of $1,950 per animal, eight who had market beef animals that averaged $2,700 per head and eight with lambs that averaged $1,338 per head.
