I’ve been working with Colorado State University, this state’s land-grant institution, on a project to celebrate the 150th anniversary of the Morrill Act. It has involved a number of interviews; those with former Colorado Gov. Richard Lamm and CSU president Tony Frank offer interesting perspectives on whether it’s realistic to make college a goal for everyone.
