Coloradoan: Timberline plans a land swap with Colorado State University Research Foundation, or CSURF, to build workforce housing near its building, while Grace Community and Calvary have donated land for up to 200 affordable homes in a public/private partnership with Habitat for Humanity, Loveland Housing Authority, Aspen Homes and developer Brinkman Partners.
