There’s a new coach in Larry Eustachy who turned a downtrodden Iowa State program into a Final Four participant during his five years there, the top four scorers returning from an NCAA Tournament team a year ago, two transfers from big-time programs and a talented group of newcomers.

Add in another disappointing football season, and CSU fans have to be excited about basketball.
