A Northern Colorado Flood Recovery Assistance and Resource Fair for farmers, ranchers and landowners will be held at 1-4:30 p.m. Monday, Dec. 16, in the McKee Building at The Ranch in Loveland. Federal, state and local groups, including the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Colorado State University Extension and Colorado Department of Public Health will present on debris removal, soil, pasture and land reclamation resources, and water quality.
