Lisa Rephlo has been named executive director of the Colorado Clean Energy Cluster, a nonprofit economic-development organization aimed at growing primary jobs in Colorado through formal partnerships between clean-energy companies, the public sector and higher education. Her office is in Colorado State University’s new Powerhouse Campus in Fort Collins.
