Another believer in the potential of group facilitation and input gathering was Kathay Rennels, Colorado State University’s assistant vice president of community and economic development, who kicked off the summit as keynote speaker. Officials credited her with almost single-handedly giving agriculture a seat at the table in Governor Hickenlooper’s “Colorado Blueprint” statewide economic development plan announced earlier this year.
