“The idea is to get students to understand the brain and to realize chemical molecules can change the way the brain operates,” said Cynthia Smeraski, assistant professor in the Department of Biomedical Sciences at Colorado State University, which hosted the event.

More than 45 CSU volunteers, from undergraduate to post-doctorate students, donated time to the project.
