The Niobrara Energy Park has been endorsed by the Weld County Commission, the Colorado State University Research Foundation, the Colorado Energy Research Institute at the School of Mines, former Gov. Bill Ritter, the Colorado Renewable Energy Collaboratory and Spirae, among other organizations.
