Monday, EPA Administrator Lisa Jackson will be in Denver to take part in a panel discussion moderated by former Colorado Gov. Bill Ritter on Colorado’s 2010 Clean Air-Clean Water Act, under which Xcel Energy and other utilities are reducing their use of coal-burning power. Ritter currently is director of the Center for the New Energy Economy at Colorado State University.
