The head coaches of CSU’s four major sports programs have developed a bond unique in major college sports. Football coach Jim McElwain, men’s basketball coach Larry Eustachy, women’s basketball coach Ryun Williams and volleyball coach Tom Hilbert not only support one another, but also they genuinely like sharing ideas and hanging out together.
