COLORADO STATE UNIVERSITY SYSTEM: The board of governors appointed Michael Nosler to serve as general counsel. Nosler will oversee the attorneys at CSU’s Fort Collins and Pueblo campuses, as well as provide legal counsel to the new online CSU-Global Campus.
