Also released Tuesday, the Princeton Review cited Colorado State University in its list of “Best Value Colleges” for 2006, which focuses on undergraduate education. The list is based on academic ratings, financial aid availability and costs of tuition and fees in 2003. CSU was among 81 colleges and universities that made the list.
