Climatologist Dale Destin has been looking at some of the early predictions, which all point to a relatively quiet hurricane season. Destin, who is away studying at Columbia University, wrote in his official blog that three major bodies have agreed on predictions. These are the UK-based Tropical Storm Risk, the Weather Channel and Colorado State University.
