Highly respected researchers from The Department of Atmospheric Science at Colorado State University of Fort Collins, Col., Phillip J. Klotzbach and William M. Gray, believe that cooler Atlantic surface temperatures and the high probability of El Nino will provide less probability of many hurricane formations – this according to areport released in April, 2012 from the university website.
