Officials’ announcement about Regis University launching a certificate in “applied craft brewing” Wednesday came one day before Colorado State University’s fermentation sciences and technology program, a bachelor-level degree program in the Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition, is scheduled to receive a $250,000 gift from the Anheuser-Busch Foundation to recognize the accomplishments of the university and its program.
