At a recent Colorado Cleantech Industry Association event in Denver that honored some Colorado State University researchers and others, Gov. John Hickenlooper signed The Innovation Reinvestment Act, or Senate Bill 47, that will provide up to $2 million annually for a new Clean Technology Discovery Evaluation Grant program.
