Patil is visiting Fort Collins as part of a conference hosted by Colorado State University’s International Institute for Sustainable Development and Village Earth, which brought together representatives from communities in India, the Republic of Cameroon, Nepal, Panama, Zambia, South Dakota’s Pine Ridge Reservation and Fort Collins.
