Young children often dream of playing in the NFL some day, and Shelley Smith is no exception. He watched cousins play high school and college football while growing up in Phoenix and wondered if he would be good enough some day to play the game at the highest level.
That chance now is here for Smith, a three-year starter for CSU and one of the top prospects at guard in the NFL Draft, which begins with first-round selections tonight and continues through Saturday.
