The Colorado Department of Natural Resources, in conjunction with the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, announced this morning that the state will launch “a significant study of emissions tied to oil and gas development” this summer. The CDPHE will contract Colorado State University to conduct the study, which is expected to take years.
