The plan outlining what direction Colorado State University take over the next decade will get its first test Friday. CSU’s Board of Governors will discuss the institution’s strategic plan Friday during its regularly scheduled meeting on CSU’s main campus. The board will vote on conceptual approval of the plan at that time.
