By spring of 2011, Carl Walker, Inc. had helped design several LEED-certified parking structures, including the Denver Justice Center parking structure, which achieved LEED Silver. Our team also submitted the Colorado State University Lake Street Garage for unprecedented LEED Platinum certification. (It ultimately received LEED Gold certification.)
