Don Marostica, head of the state’s Office of Economic Development and International Trade, said Monday that most of the existing facilities being considered – there also are about 10 undeveloped sites on the list – are on the west side of Interstate 25, to be closer to the University of Colorado, Colorado State University and the National Renewable Energy Laboratory in Golden.
