The so-called memorandum of understanding with Colorado State University – one of the leading providers of veterinary education in the US – was revealed as the Princess Royal cut the first sod of the Dick’s new £42million three-storey vet school that is due to open in 2010 at its campus at Easter Bush, near Edinburgh.
