If vNet expands, it could add 372 new employees by 2012, earning an average of $76,846 a year, and create 509 spinoff jobs in the region, averaging nearly $30,000 a year, according to a study by Martin Shields, the regional economist for Colorado State University, and David Keyser, a research economist.
