Despite a two-week run of heavy snow, snowpacks in the basins of the Gunnison, Colorado, Yampa and White rivers are still at about 75 percent of their 30-year averages, after January proved to be among the warmest and driest on record for the state, according to the Colorado Climate Center at Colorado State University.
