“There’s certainly a lot of potential for the future of dairy down there, that’s for sure,” said Bill Wailes, a professor and dairy specialist with Colorado State University, who has helped organize trips across the U.S. and the globe for the state’s dairy producers, including last month’s venture, during the past 25 years.
