Ultragrain and WheatSelect provide the nutrition of whole-wheat flour with the taste and texture of white flours. WheatSelect is a Horizon product. Ultragrain was developed by ConAgra and is made in Commerce City, one of two Ardent mills in Colorado. Its ingredients include drought-tolerant Snowmass wheat developed at Colorado State University.
