Washington Post: The challenge of coordinating dance moves can actually reverse age-related changes in the brain, said Aga Burzynska, a professor of human development at Colorado State University. In a recent study of adults between 60 and 80 years old, Burzynska found that those who regularly practiced an English folk dance for six months saw improvements in brain structure beyond those who walked for exercise.
