Honoree Lori Kogan, an associate professor in Colorado State University’s Clinical Sciences Department, has been a part of the Fort Collins community for 15 years and founded two organizations – Pets Forever and Cross Trails – that help individuals who couldn’t otherwise keep and care for their pets.
